Using proven OptiFlex® technology (featuring 6 decoupled channels and white LED) and featuring six independent Veriflex® temperature zones, the QuantStudio® 5 96-well system enables improved data accuracy and sensitivity for a broad range of genomic applications (i.e. quantitative detection of target nucleic acid sequences; qualitative detection of targets (endpoint analysis, genotyping, and presence/absence).
The QuantStudio® 5 system also offers the built-in software features of electronic record security and prevention of unauthorized instrument access to assist with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
