IncuCyte S3 is a system for the analysis of live cells that analyzes and quantifies the behavior of cells in real time without disturbing the culture conditions of the cells themselves, since the system is positioned inside a standard CO2 incubator.
IncuCyte S3 acquires and analyzes images automatically 24 hours a day, providing a continuous view of biological processes otherwise difficult to achieve with endpoint assays.
Both for general assessments of cell health, such as proliferation, cytotoxicity and apoptosis, and for more complex procedures such as immune cell killing, chemotaxis / migration, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, or differentiation of stem cells, the IncuCyte S3 assay platform it guarantees a deep understanding of cell biology, without disturbing its state in any way.
In 2021, IncuCyte S3 has been completed with the organoid's Software Module.
