Automated Immunoassay Workflow
The Ella-Simple PlexTM Assay is a closed system that allows both single-analyte and multi-analyte immunoassays to be performed without cross-reactivity and with high inter-laboratory reproducibility.
The system is fully automated and the user only intervenes manually in the cartridge preparation, which takes 15 minutes.
Once the cartridge is loaded into the instrument, the fluorescence of the molecule of interest is detected in triplicate for each sample in just 70 minutes.
The amount of analyte is directly calculated by the software by interpolating a certified calibration curve associated with the loaded cartridge.
