Resipher (Lucid Scientific)

It allows the measurement of oxygen consumption rate (OCR) of a cell culture (32 wells in a 96 well plate format) in a continuous and non-invasive way, using patented miniature ultra-sensitive oxygen probes.

• Resipher is a long term (up to several weeks), non-invasive OCR monitoring system that works 24/7 inside a regular incubator and does not require specific consumables, except the sensor lid.
• Resipher can be used to monitor OCR during cell growth, cell differentiation, to assess the long term effects of drugs or during gene silencing, or in cells exposed to hypoxia.
• Resipher can be used in 2D and 3D cultures.
• Data are available from your PC or cellphone thanks to LucidLabs, a dedicated web service that shows your data in real time.
