CytoFLEX SRT Cell Sorter (Beckman Coulter)

CytoFLEX SRT Cell Sorter is a high-performance cell sorter that supports up to 10 fluorescence parameters and 4-way sorting for the isolation of rare cell populations and nanoparticles.

The CytoFLEX SRT Cell Sorter is a compact, benchtop instrument designed to sort multiple cell populations and support a wide range of research and application needs. Built on CytoFLEX platform, it integrates advanced technologies that streamline system setup and operation, allowing researchers to focus more on their scientific objectives. The CRBA CytoFLEX SRT is configured with Violet (405 nm), Blue (488 nm), and Red (638 nm) lasers, enabling detection of up to 10 fluorescence parameters.

It is capable of complex sort logic with different combinations of sort settings on each of four streams, including the ability to catch aborts of one of the other streams.

Sensitive optical design, with Violet laser scattering, allows sorting of nanoparticles such as bacteria, viruses, extracellular vesicles, and other submicron particles.
