From the 2023/2024 academic year, the University of Bologna has established a comprehensive catalogue of training activities aimed at developing the transferable skills of PhD students. These programmes aim to promote the consolidation of skills that are not strictly discipline-specific but are fundamental to the effective management of research activities, the communication and dissemination of scientific results, as well as to facilitate professional integration into both academic and non-academic contexts, including business and organisational settings.
