Keynote Speech by Ambassador Alexandre Stutzmann.

Ambassador Alexandre Stutzmann began his tenure as the European Union Representative to West Bank and Gaza Strip, UNRWA, in Jerusalem, on 1 September, 2023. He previously served at the European Union Delegation to the United Nations in New York. He was the Special Advisor to the President of the 74th, 75th, and 76th Sessions of the UN General Assembly.
