The project focused on the strategical analysis of Tourism resources in the territory of Cattolica (in the region of Emilia-Romagna) in order to understand the best management system for the destination (e.g., DMO, DMC, Foundation or other informal collaborations) and support stakeholders’ decisions. The final report will be the starting point for the creation of a destination marketing plan in a following step.
