By statute, members of CAST are all lecturers and researchers who work in the founding Departments. In addition, lecturers and researchers from other Departments can join CAST if interested in the development of projects in line with the core activity.
Elected every three years, he coordinates the Center's activities, represents CAST to the University and external partners, and defines strategic lines of research and training.
The representatives of the four founding departments are members of the Council.

CAST is led by a Management Team and governed by a Board. Its operational structure consists of professors, researchers, technical and administrative staff.
