This project consisted in a review about the evolution of the organisational models of small and medium hotel industry from 1950s at a national level with a focus on the area around Rimini and in the region of Trentino Alto Adige. Seventy interviews were carried out and it allowed the creation of a database of qualitative information about the topic.
