CAST made an overview of the tourism industry in the Municipality of Santarcangelo di Romagna (in the region Emilia-Romagna) studying the current situation, weaknesses and opportunities for the future. An innovative methodology was used to carry out the research, based on both statistical (fluxes and structurers) and qualitative analysis (like the perception of the tourist offer through social networks, the use of structured interviews, the measurement of LAC - Limit of Acceptable Change - in a session of Nominal Group Technique). Results were presented on 4th December 2018.
