Impact technologies for services
The I-TexS lab is a project funded on PR-FESR funds that aims to integrate management, marketing and nutrition skills for the service sector.
In particular, with the I-TexS lab, it aims to promote the adoption of digital technologies, development and testing of innovative solutions for the service sector with a main focus on hospitality and catering.

A LABORATORY FOR STUDENTS, BUSINESSES AND THE TERRITORY
- Training: Lectures, hands-on courses and workshops on topics of digital and sustainable innovation, service management and marketing - Dissertation opportunities for University students - Research environment for University researchers, PhDs, visiting scholars, etc.
- Collaborations with companies: Companies can test and propose technologies and, in collaboration with the lab, evaluate their effectiveness and applicability - Creation of shared projects (proof of concept) to be tested in the I-TEXS lab.
- Impact on the territory: Supporting local economic development and SME competitiveness.
THE “NEXT GENERATION RESTAURANT”
A “Next Generation Restaurant” demonstrator is to be set up within the laboratory where the latest restaurant technologies will be tested.
