As part of the project “Discovering European Citizenship through Music, Art and Literature”, promoted by the Gramsci Foundation Emilia-Romagna and Arci Bologna, and with the support of our Junior Experts, we set out to answer the question: “What is European citizenship?” We asked this question to Massimo Gaudina (Head of the Milan Regional Representation of the European Commission); Maurizio Molinari (Head of the Milan Office of the European Parliament); Marco Borraccetti (University of Bologna); and Giuliana Laschi (University of Bologna).
