Since its establishment, providing information on the European Union has been the main activity of the Forlì Punto Europa. As the city’s EU information desk, Punto Europa has played a key role in promoting knowledge of the European institutions, the opportunities available to citizens, and the values of European integration.
This core mission is fully confirmed in the new structure of the Interdepartmental Study Centre Punto Europa (CeSIPE), which continues and renews its commitment to European information. In fact, CeSIPE remains part of the EU Documentation Centre (EDC) network within the Europe Direct information network, ensuring a direct link between the European Union and local citizens.
In this context, information activities go beyond simple dissemination, becoming a strategic tool to bring the EU closer to citizens by offering support, guidance, and opportunities for dialogue. Punto Europa thus reaffirms its role as a reliable point of reference, capable of combining tradition and innovation in European communication.
