CIRI continuously complies with the requirements set forth by the relevant Regional Resolution for the achievement of Institutional Accreditation. The policy outlined below is endorsed by the Director and by all members of the Executive Board.

Devoting a substantial portion of its human and technological resources to industrial research and technology transfer activities, potentially addressed to the regional business system; this also applies to research activities initiated independently.

Ensuring open and non-discriminatory access to all external clients, and refraining from operating exclusively for individual commissioning entities or groups thereof.

Implementing all necessary measures to achieve the expected results within timeframes reasonably consistent with those proposed to clients for commissioned industrial research and technology transfer activities. The core of the Structure’s activities consists of services characterized by tailored solutions based on clients’ specific needs.

Achieving the expected results with appropriate levels of reliability, within the timeframes agreed with clients for services provided under standard tariffs, which are characterized by the application of established protocols.

Employing human resources with adequate levels of technical expertise and experience to ensure the quality of the services and projects entrusted to the Structure.

Providing the market with services consistent with the level of quality and professionalism that distinguish the members of the NETWORK. The Structure therefore implements all necessary measures to maintain an adequate level of perceived quality among clients, in terms of competence, professionalism, and service quality standards.

Actively encouraging clients to provide feedback on their level of satisfaction and periodically assessing such feedback in order to identify targeted actions for improving the organization and the services delivered.

Continuously renewing and enhancing its technological assets in order to provide clients and partners with up-to-date expertise and resources.

Referring external users, whenever the Structure is unable to directly meet their needs, to other entities capable of doing so, particularly within the NETWORK and, when required, actively collaborating with the NETWORK itself in order to respond synergistically to market demands.

Maintaining the confidentiality of the subject matter, activities, and results of any program, unless written authorization is received from the client. Such authorization must be included among the contractual clauses.

Not disclosing any information identified as confidential that may become known through its interactions with the market, even in the absence of formal contracts, unless explicit written authorization has been granted by the external users. To this end, CIRI undertakes to adopt and regularly update appropriate procedures for safeguarding confidentiality and to raise awareness among its personnel accordingly.

Requiring every individual involved in services provided to enterprises to sign a declaration committing to confidentiality protection and to the absence of conflicts of interest.
