This research cluster focuses on transnational practices that address the climate crisis and facilitate the green transition. Recognizing that climate challenges transcend national borders, our projects analyze and develop policy and legal frameworks that promote cross-border cooperation in this area. Key topics include North-South capacity building in climate governance, the diffusion of "green ideas" in central banking, and the creation of eco-legal systems for environmental preservation. Employing a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, this cluster critically examines emerging transnational strategies, offering insights into their potential, challenges, and pitfalls in combating climate change.
