Research

The C³ is active in different areas of catalysis:

• electro and photocatalysis.
• asymmetric catalysis and biocatalysis.
• homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis.
• computational studies of catalytic process.

C³ pays particular attention to the develop of “Zero-waste processes” in different fields:

• bio-mass reuse.
• CO₂ fixation and H₂ production.
• API, polymers, cosmetics.
• energy.
• organic electronics.

The research of the C³ will contribute to achieve some of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
