A narrative by Costantino Marmo, presented as part of “Alumni. Our Story”, a series of events featured in the University’s 2021 summer programme “Zambé”. This initiative paid tribute to distinguished figures who, over the centuries, have brought renown to the Alma Mater: professors, scholars, rectors, and figures who introduced new forms of knowledge to the University and profoundly shaped its development—beyond the boundaries of individual disciplines.
