Eramsus+ CLIMAR meeting in Bogotà

Our Lorenzo Masiero was thrilled to participate in the CLIMAR Erasmus+ Project Meeting in Bogotá, Colombia, organized by Asociación Colombiana de Universidades (ASCUN). This inspiring event, held on February 24 and 25, was a fantastic opportunity to strengthen collaboration, drive innovation, and advance our shared mission of integrating climate-conscious strategies into tourism education. CLIMAR fosters transnational, multidisciplinary research in climate change, circular economy, and tourism, connecting higher education institutions across Europe and Latin America.

Our goal? Enhancing curricula and continuous professional training to ensure that the tourism sector is equipped to adapt to and mitigate climate change impacts. Over two days, government representatives, businesses, NGOs, and academia collaborated to validate key project modules and explore sustainable tourism solutions.

Let’s keep shaping the future of climate-conscious tourism education!
