Presentation of the Study Centre EIDOLA. Materiality, Cognition, and History of Religions
Presentation meeting on the articulation and working of the new departmental Centre: theoretical assumptions and practical implications
The meeting, which was held on Tuesday, 16 January 2024 at the University of Bologna (Department of History and Cultures – DISCI), featured as speakers Roberto Alciati, Professor of History of Religions at the University of Florence, and Leonardo Ambasciano, author of the volume An Unnatural History of Religions. Academia, Post-truth and the Quest for Scientific Knowledge (Bloomsbury, London 2019).
It was introduced and moderated by the co-directors of the Centre.
