MISSION
DIMPACT is primarily a research center, expected to produce scientific output, attract research funding, promote research-informed training and outreach initiatives with societal impact, and collaborate with other university centers on digital technologies and AI.
VISION
DIMPACT aims to become a center of excellence for academic research at the intersection of management, Digital Transformation (DT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). In particular, the DIMPACT Research Center seeks to generate scientific knowledge on the drivers and impacts of digital technology adoption by organizations across various sectors (private, public, non-profit) as well as by individuals (managers, workers, consumers).
In line with the DISA Strategic Plan 2025–27, its vision is to promote research that is deeply rooted in management disciplines while also embracing interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity, in areas such as information management, computer science, and data science, as well as business and management. DIMPACT strives to build a research ecosystem capable of addressing complex issues through collaborations with other departments and national and international partners, advancing projects that integrate expertise in business analysis, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.
