TRACE Innovation and traceability in the production chain of plants of medicinal interest grown in the Emilia-Romagna area

The TRACE plan is aimed at creating an innovative methodology capable of implementing the product traceability system, making the entire supply chain process more transparent, guaranteeing the quality standard of the products and making them more attractive and desirable on the national/international market, in particular with regards to qualitative, traditional, environmental and health aspects.
