Administrative services

Mission. Manage the administrative, fiscal, and accounting activities of the Center, ensuring procedural control and the legitimacy of the acts and procedures adopted. Carry out the assigned activities in line with the general guidelines established by the University, within the framework of a unified administration. The institutional body oversees all administrative and accounting activities related to the management of teaching laboratories. It also provides specialized administrative support for research-related procurement, in functional coordination with the Departments, for the drafting of framework agreements to which the Departments will adhere. Finally, it ensures the operational functioning of the Center.

Technical structure services

Mission. Manage and organize the laboratory units of CILDIC, ensuring technical support for teaching activities and the efficient management of scientific equipment, in accordance with the guidelines and objectives set by the Director and in compliance with laboratory regulations and safety procedures. The technical structure services are divided into two units: the logistics unit supporting the laboratories and the teaching laboratory service unit.

CILDIC has a procurement and supply service for chemicals, technical gases, PPE, glassware, plastic and consumables that are requested as needed from the central warehouse of the Navile District.
