Event location: Department of History and Cultures, Piazza San Giovanni in Monte 2
Organized by the anthropologist Pietro Cingolani of the University of Bologna, the exhibition takes is named after the competition aimed at young photographers under the age of 35 with a migrant background, immigrants in Italy or born in Italy to parents of foreign origin. Winners of the competition are the projects of Mounir Derbal, Deka Mohamed Osman, and Gabriela Du Bois. The goal of the exhibition is to create a collection of testimonies and narratives of everyday life that can shed light on contemporary Italian cultural and social plurality through the use of the language of photography.
