Cross-cultural encounters in 17th century Istanbul: Marsili and his Ottoman brokers

Fourth Meeting of the Seminar Series “At the Intersection of Multiple Memories. Collecting Manuscripts in Early Modern Europe and the Ottoman Empire: The Marsili Case”
organized by Caterina Bori, Mattia Guidetti, and Çiğdem Oğuz.

The seminar, entitled “Cross-Cultural Encounters in 17th-Century Istanbul: Marsili and His Ottoman Brokers,” will be delivered by Güner Doğan (Çankırı Karatekin University).

The seminar will be held in person and in English at 5:00 PM in Aula Forti (Via Zamboni 32).
